The style of kung fu taught is lau gar as laid down
by Master Yau. Sifu Duncan Elliott took his black belt
with master yau in 1995 under the B.K.F.A and has
since gone on to 4th degree level in this style. he
has also studied wing chun for 6 years.

 "Sifu Elliott has competed in kickboxing for over 21
years,winning national and international medals and
trophies,the 2004 season saw him win a world silver
medal at the w.p.k.a championships.

 Sifu Elliott also holds a black belt in WTF taekwondo since 2001.
 He now teaches these styles and passes on his wide
experience to his students in classes and private
individual lessons available upon request.
